Pinsa Romana

Pinsa Romana, what exactly is that? It sounds like pizza, it looks like pizza, but it’s not a pizza. This Italian novelty has now found its way to Finland. While a traditional pizza crust is made entirely from wheat flour, the pinsa crust also has some rice and soy flour in it. The pinsa dough also contains a lot of water. Like pizza, but much lighter and tastier. At Talonpöytä, we select the toppings for our pinsas carefully, ensuring that they are always crispy and fresh. Our entrepreneurs took a pinsa course in Rome, Italy, and now this fantastic dish is available at Restaurant Talonpöytä. If desired, include an additional topping and crown your meal with a tasty dip.
