Pinsa Romana (pizza’s close cousin)

Pinsa Romana, what exactly is that? It sounds like pizza, it looks like pizza, but it’s not a pizza.

This Italian novelty has now found its way to Finland. While a traditional pizza crust is made entirely from wheat flour, the pinsa crust also has some rice and soy flour in it. The pinsa dough also contains a lot of water. Like pizza, but much lighter and tastier. We select the toppings for our pinsas carefully, ensuring that they are always crispy and fresh.

Our entrepreneurs took a pinsa course in Rome, Italy, and now this fantastic dish is availableat Café – Pinseria Ruka. All in all, a very tasty and filling dish. We are sure you will like pinsa.

If desired, include an additional topping and crown your meal with a tasty dip. Eat on the spot or pick up as a take-away.
